When completing Campaigns, the Adlab will share your personal data with Gigapay Sweden AB ("Gigapay"). Gigapay is a third-party provider that facilitates onboarding and payment of compensation to the Creator. The processing is necessary and will be used by Gigapay to contact the Creator, proceed with the onboarding of the Creator and enable the payment of remuneration for the Influencer Campaigns. At any time, the data subject has the right to object - for reasons related to their specific situation - to the processing pertaining to their personal data based on Article 6(1)(e) (public interest or tasks) or (f) (legitimate interest), including profiling based on these provisions. JUNO by The Monocular ApS is only the operator of the website or account created as part of the social media portal, and the scope of data collected by JUNO by The Monocular ApS in this way is limited. Social media additionally provide JUNO by The Monocular ApS with Aggregated Data that are not personal data. All other data obtained by JUNO by The Monocular ApS come from direct interactions with JUNO by The Monocular ApS (e.g. replying to threads, posting queries) that we describe in point 5 of this Privacy Policy.
